Tidal waves

The only way I can think of a sibling relationship is like the ocean. We're like waves; we come and go. We pull apart and make up a whole sea of personalities. We hide things that people can't see past our surfaces. We are deeply bonded like water, but our identities couldn't be any more different. We clash like thunderstorms brewing up in the sea. Yet, we are pleasant enough on sunny days for the summer when at the beach. When we're together we laugh and tell jokes. They are those much needed vacations we can never seem to get enough of. I love my sisters. I hope they feel the same. I hope one day they see this and smile.
